Common looks to be out…
According to blackfilm.com, rapper "The Game" is in the running for the role of B.A. Baracus for the upcoming The A-Team remake. Common looked as if he would play the role, but he has signed on for the Queen Latifah film, Just Right. The site has also named Ice Cube and UFC star Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson as possibilities for the role. Thus far, Liam Neeson has been cast as Hannibal Smith, while Bradley Cooper has been cast as Templeton 'Faceman' Peck.
yes to rampage. the new BA doesnt have to be a mr.t clone. he can just be a straight bad ass.
no to ice cube and HELL NO to the game. it is going to take alot of make up to cover his tatoos (dont forget, the a-team were in the army. the game wouldnt make it pass MEPs with a face and neck tatoos)

Terrible choices. The only one I'd go with is Rampage Jackson. Remember how B.A had muscle and was intimidating? I don't see how those two rappers would fit the bill. Why not Bob Sapp?

has Cooper been confirmed? Last I heard it was just rumors. Rampage as BA Barracus has win written all over it.

Rampage is the most logical choice. As he actually is the one that most closely matches Mr T. A real life bad ass who's got a likable charisma but isn't an actor per se.

Common would have been good because he's not a bad actor unlike the other choices, however Rampage, as much as I dislike him, probably would be the best choice of the 3. Ice Cube would ruin this movie, and the Game??? Is that true he's in the running or is it a joke?

The choice is easy, it has to be Rampage. Rampage has more charisma then any of those other choices, and he's also the most believable bad ass. Rampage already wears a huge chain. He was born for the role.

If Jackson can act a little bit, I'll be as fine as I can be. I'm not familiar with Bradley Cooper, but I like Neeson as Hannibal.

The choice is simple...Terry Crews (Friday, White Chicks, Everybody Hates Chris). If there going to go with Ice Cube, The Game, or Rampage Jackson...Why not Vin Diesel or Dwayne Johnson. I'm sure Vin could use a movie.
